Alma leads the company’s global people strategy. As a key member of the executive team, she is responsible for building a high-performing, scalable organization that supports rapid international growth.

With more than 20 years of international HR leadership experience across high-growth technology companies including Google, Groupon, and Snap Inc., Alma specializes in aligning people strategy with business objectives. Her expertise spans leadership development, talent strategy, organizational design, and building cultures that enable companies to scale successfully.

Throughout her career, Alma has lived and worked across Dublin, Singapore, San Francisco, and London, partnering closely with founders and executive teams during periods of transformation and hypergrowth. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Law, a Master’s degree in Human Resources, and is C.I.P.D. certified. Alma leads Nium out of the London office.
