Handle Higher Volumes with Improved Transaction Throughput
Nium’s upgraded processing engine now supports more transactions per second, with asynchronous handling for greater speed and responsiveness. Whether you're managing bulk payouts or time-sensitive disbursements, the platform is now better equipped to keep up — no matter how fast your business moves.

Convert Virtual Cards to Physical Cards
Empower your customers with more choice. With the new Convert Card request, card clients can upgrade an active virtual card to a physical one. This helps Card clients support fast virtual issuance while still meeting customer demand for in-store or ATM access.

Optimizations
to Verify
We’ve made big improvements to Nium Verify to help you validate accounts faster. We’ve simplified integrating with Verify; you no longer need to include a customer ID to make verification requests. A new endpoint also lets you retrieve past verifications for better tracking, and API responses now provide more detailed results — including account holder names and clear reasons for failed or unsupported accounts.
